Return & Refund Policy

Please contact us at katie@coltidolart.com prior to sending any returns/exchanges back to us.

All returns and exchanges must include the original, unopened, unused product that was received.

Returns and exchanges may take up to 6 weeks to process, not including shipping times.

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Returns and Exchanges (Defective/Damaged Products Only)

30 Day Return and Exchange Policy – Defective Products Only

If you believe you have a defective product, please contact us at katie@coltidolart.com.

Defective products may only be returned and exchanged within 30 days of purchase. In order to process your return and exchange, we will need your order number, description of the defect (include photos if available), and any other information about your use of the product that may help us understand the potential defect.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as gift cards.

Damaged in Shipment

Be sure to inspect your product once you receive it. Any damage from shipping must be reported to Colt Idol Art within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at (email) right away. Include a description of the damage (include photos if available). We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at katie@coltidolart.com.

Shipping
To return your product, please contact us at katie@coltidolart.com.

The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any shipping costs paid for by Colt Idol Art will be deducted from your refund. Ensure your return shipment has a tracking number and provide this information to Colt Idol Art at time of return inquiry.
